Role Description: We’re looking for a driven and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to join Huskee Digital. This is a full-time remote role focused on growing TikTok Shop sales through affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and trend-driven content.

You’ll lead the charge in building and managing our affiliate ecosystem—from onboarding creators to launching product campaigns that go viral. If you live and breathe TikTok, love working with influencers, and know how to turn attention into conversions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize TikTok Shop affiliate programs to maximize visibility and drive conversions
• Recruit, manage, and train a network of creators and influencers to promote products
• Launch and oversee affiliate campaigns from strategy to execution
• Curate and manage high-performing UGC and trend-based content using influencer clips and creator materials
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, marketing messaging, and content planning
• Serve as the bridge between internal teams and clients by ensuring affiliate content deliverables are completed on time
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics — sales, engagement, reach, and creator ROI
• Identify growth opportunities through trend tracking, social listening, and competitive research
• Ensure campaigns stay on-brand and aligned with the business's goals

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or a related role
• Proven experience managing online stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, promotions, and ad placements
• Experience in affiliate marketing, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Confident with tools like TikTok Shop Analytics, Canva, CapCut, and basic editing platforms
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• A natural hype-builder — you know how to create momentum and get people excited

Salary: ₱96,000 - ₱240,000

Job Description

Reports directly to the Marketing Division Head. Leads a team of affiliate marketing officers and expands our affiliate partnerships in the OFW/Seaman loan sector to generate high-quality leads and drive loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate recruitment & onboarding; design commission structures and promotions
• Data-driven campaigns to increase lead gen and conversions
• Partner relationship management; performance tracking & ROI optimization

Qualifications
