- Ensures that the company attracts and hires the best candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Participates in the recruitment process by discussing staffing needs with the line managers, completing positions requisitions and postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews and managing the applicant through the entire recruitment process.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Provides hiring reports and plan of activities in order to ensure Delivery of Job Request (JR) on time.
- Determines effectiveness of hiring process and keep the customers informed of development, issues and concerns.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

We are looking for Talent Acquisition - Phone Screening Analyst in Eaton\'s Corporate business, based in Tanauan, Batangas. Your essential responsibilities :
- Liaises with recruiters on a weekly basis as needed to shift and adjust recruiting priorities by requisition
- Assists with formatting and posting newly approved requisitions to in Taleo/HOP, ensuring that quality guidelines around accuracy and procedure are met
- Coordinates the research of advertisements (e.g. print, radio, etc.) and executes those advertisement strategies per recruiter and hiring team recommendations
- Assists applicants with ATS password resets, accepting offers, and other various system related barriers the applicants may encounter
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience Offshore Recruiting experience
- Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be willing to work in night shift (9 PM - 6 AM) Monday - Friday
- Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
Position Criteria :
- Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite)
- Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail
