Overview

Project Officer-Architect at Suntrust Properties, Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises all related work activities and assigned tasks on site based on the submitted and approved work sequence.
  • Interprets and executes plans and specifications.
  • Checks work design and technical specifications to ensure correct on-site implementation.
  • Ensures the project runs smoothly and is completed within budget and on time.
  • Evaluates and checks work accomplishments versus submitted billings.
  • Furnishes contractor's plans/details needed and informs them of changes.
  • Conducts time-and-motion studies and documents man-hour activity.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • 1-4 years of work experience in Architectural/Construction/Structural or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Analytical with knowledge in project management, procedures, process improvement, technical understanding, and interpretation of drawings
