Job Description Creative Design & Branding
  • Design promotional materials (digital ads, social media content, banners, packaging, in-store collaterals).
  • Maintain consistent branding across online and offline channels.
  • Conceptualize seasonal and campaign-specific visuals.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Develop, schedule, and publish content calendars.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring timely posting and engagement.
  • Create visual and copy assets for campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor trends and optimize creatives for performance.
Content & Campaign Support
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns with engaging visuals and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to highlight key offers.
  • Support influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
Performance Tracking
  • Monitor social media analytics and ad performance.
  • Suggest creative improvements based on audience insights.
  • Prepare simple reports on engagement and campaign success.
