Overview

Enrolla is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps colleges and universities turn website visitors into qualified student leads through engaging assessments, program recommendations, and personalized next steps. We’re on a mission to help students choose with confidence and help schools grow enrollment. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our remote team. This role will support both marketing and product initiatives with compelling visuals across ads, social content, website assets, and video explainers. If you’re passionate about blending design with storytelling, we’d love to work with you.

What you'll do
  • Design ad creatives (static + animated) for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns.
  • Create graphics for website pages, landing pages, and blog posts.
  • Edit videos for product explainers, feature demos, case studies, and social content.
  • Develop motion graphics and simple animations for ads and social platforms.
  • Work within and evolve Enrolla’s brand guidelines (colors, typography, Catalyst UI-inspired layouts).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce high-conversion creatives.
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or tech).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with modern design systems, typography, and responsive design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and ad creative best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice to have
  • Experience creating design assets for SaaS products or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
  • Understanding of performance-driven design (conversion-focused ads, A/B testing).
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tasks , such as:
  • Digital ad campaign setup and asset delivery
  • Basic analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Blog graphics and campaign landing page assets
