You will work closely with experienced team members to learn best practices, analyze data, and track the impact of process changes.You will apply basic principles of the BPI framework and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, to assist in the ongoing enhancement of operational processes within the Index organization. You will help maintain documentation for current and future process designs and use data analysis tools to help monitor performance and support successful change efforts.
