Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. (A Microfinance NGO) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Officer to join our dynamic legal team in Makati City. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department. Conducts documentary research and legal writing. Prepares and assists in preparation of pleadings. Assists Supervising Attorney in case planning and ensures all relevant documents are ready during hearing. Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for legal records and documents. Maintains relevant case notes and monitor case progress. Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling inquiries. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Requirements A Bachelor's degree or in any course related to Laws, Unit in Bachelor of Law is an advantage. 1 year of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with legal professionals and clients. Proficient in legal research and the use of relevant software and databases. A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
