We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal Officer to join our team. This role provides both legal and human resource support to ensure smooth compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company before DOLE and NLRC for grievance complaints.
•Draft, review, and file legal documents such as position papers, pleadings, and other HR-related correspondence.
•Assist the HR Department in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and handbook violations.
•Prepare and issue Notices to Explain, Reports to Office, and assist in case resolution until decision.
•Manage clearance processing of resigned employees and coordinate final pay concerns.
•Provide general legal and administrative support to management.

Qualifications:
•Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Law or any related course (Juris Doctor or equivalent preferred).
•At least 1 year experience in paralegal work or HR-related support.
•Knowledge of labor laws, grievance handling, and case documentation.
•Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
•Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and employees.
