Children International (CI) globally delivers child and youth development programming to break the cycle of generational poverty. As a locally registered entity, CIM boasts of a dedicated team of over 100 staff and 200+ volunteers. The organization operates offices and programs that support more than 25,000 young people across different communities in Quezon City, Caloocan, Manila, and Calumpit, Bulacan. The career opportunity You will lead the design and implementation of workforce development initiatives such as vocational training, career counseling, internships, and job placement services. Collaborating with local businesses, community groups, and government agencies, you’ll identify skills gaps and connect individuals with employment opportunities. You’ll provide coaching and mentorship, manage a team of specialists, and monitor program impact through data‑driven evaluation. Your role contributes to the strategic direction of Children International, Inc.'s empowerment efforts. Qualifications include a background in social sciences, business, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in workforce development, employment access, or entrepreneurship support programs focused on vulnerable populations. You should have strong stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and communication skills, and be adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. Work may include evenings/weekends and travel and requires adherence to organizational policies, confidentiality, and child safeguarding standards, while promoting inclusivity and respect for diversity.
