Job Description As a Senior Product Manager , you will define product vision, oversee roadmaps, and lead cross‑functional collaboration. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred) Experience Experience in HR technology, workforce management, ecommerce, or related domains 5+ years in product management roles with demonstrated success in B2B software products Proven track record of leading products from concept to successful market adoption Experience with agile development methodologies and product delivery frameworks Experience establishing and measuring product KPIs and business impact Experience working in organizations undergoing digital transformation Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions Cross‑functional leadership experience working with engineering, design, and business teams Familiarity with enterprise software platforms Understanding of API integrations, data architecture, and system performance considerations Demonstrated experience with user research and customer discovery methodologies Proficiency in product analytics tools and data‑driven decision making Ability to influence and drive cultural change toward product‑led practices Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions Your Daily Tasks Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate compelling product vision aligned with business strategy Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and user research Develop data‑driven product roadmaps with clear business impact projections Establish product success metrics and regularly measure/report on ROI User Experience & Value Creation Lead customer discovery initiatives and user journey mapping Define user value propositions and measure satisfaction/adoption metrics Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure exceptional user experiences Drive A/B testing and experimentation programs for continuous optimization Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with engineering teams on technical feasibility and delivery planning Collaborate with PMO on project coordination and stakeholder communication Work with business stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements Coordinate with customer success and sales teams for market feedback Product Management Excellence Work with product leadership to implement robust product discovery and validation processes Manage product backlog with clear prioritization frameworks Create detailed product requirements and user stories Ensure quality product launches with comprehensive go‑to‑market planning Why We Stand Out Among the Rest Join Emapta, recognized as one of the Top 20 Dream Companies for Filipinos in 2024.
