The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep SaaS experience who can own end-to-end product design — from research and flows to high-fidelity UI and design systems. This is not a junior or mid-level role. You must have a proven track record of shipping production software for 10+ years and measurable impact on product outcomes. ✅ What You’ll Bring ✔ 10+ years designing products for software companies (B2B or prosumer SaaS required) ✔ Strong in UX research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes ✔ High-level UI craftsmanship and ability to deliver clean, scalable interface design ✔ Proven experience improving complex product flows with before/after metrics ✔ End-to-end case studies showing ownership from problem to shipped outcome ✔ Design system ownership (bonus: scaled across multiple teams) ✔ Figma expert with strong prototyping and interaction design skills ✔ Communicates as a strategic product partner — not just a ticket taker ✔ Fast-paced SaaS environment Screening Bar (Don’t Apply If You Can’t Show This) A B2B flow you significantly improved — with metrics Systems thinking and ability to deliver clean UI at speed Portfolio showcasing shipped products with measurable outcomes Ability to speak to impact, tradeoffs, and collaboration with PM/Eng What Success Looks Like You don't just produce beautiful screens — you solve product problems, influence direction, and ship work users love. You move quickly without sacrificing clarity.
