Performs pre-audit functions & conducts periodic audit of bonded officials, cash on hand & other cas item. Directs & supervise the work of the fiscal clerk Calls attention to the misuse of physical asset andd actively participates in the inventory taking of all physical assets of the hospital. Checks and determine the collecting officers accountabiloity for accountable forms and traces official receipts and other accountable forms ans inspects packs of official receipt for detached sheet. Signs or countersigns checks, vouchers & cash advances if designated by the director of hospital. Perfoms other related duites. Minimum Qualifications Candidate must be: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration major in Accounting At least 1 year relevant experience At least 4 hours ofrelevant training R.A. 1080 (Certified Public Accountant) Other qualifications include (but are not limited to); Ability to convey information effectively; Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems; Analytical skill; Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in speaking and in writing so others will understand; and Problem sensitivity or the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; Service-Oriented - always actively looking for ways to help people; Compassionate and understanding.
