As the Restaurant Manager at Tomono Premium Lounge (operated by Best Quality Food, Inc.), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our exciting lounge restaurant located in the heart of Makati City. This is a full-time position that involves ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and financial performance
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of servers, chefs, and other front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and enhance the dining experience
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Oversee the restaurant's budget, payroll, and other financial responsibilities

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
