Overview

Mission

We are hiring a Construction Project Engineer to support the Construction manager. This is a unique opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in a high-profile infrastructure project involving tunnel boring, station construction, and advanced railway systems.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing construction plans and methods
  • Support the Construction manager in writing all construction process and forms
  • Support site coordination and follow-up on technical queries
  • Help track progress and maintain accurate records
  • Use Primavera P6 for scheduling and progress tracking
  • Assist in developing and updating Time-Chainage diagrams for visual planning
  • Support reporting and dashboard preparation using Excel and other tools
  • Assist in preparing method statements, inspection requests, and material approvals
  • Help manage internal documentation workflows and approvals
  • Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for construction records
  • Attend coordination meetings and take minutes
  • Support internal reporting and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical, Transportation Engineering, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in infrastructure or railway projects (internships welcome)
  • Strong proficiency in project planning tools and Excel
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with construction workflows and documentation processes
  • Exposure to Primavera P6 and Time-Chainage planning
  • Multilingual (English and Filipino; French is a plus for coordination with Colas Rail)
