We are looking for a versatile and data-driven Lead Growth Hacker with experience in orchestrating growth strategies across several channels, including LinkedIn, email outbound, newsletters, organic search, paid ads, outreach, and more. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align diverse channels and activities into a unified growth engine while making data-backed decisions that propel the business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Omnichannel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute an omnichannel growth strategy and prioritize growth opportunities across multiple marketing channels to drive scalable and sustainable growth.
- Campaign Management: Run targeted campaigns for both inbound and outbound efforts, including newsletters, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach, converting prospects into leads and leads into customers.
- Email Marketing Growth: Use advanced segmentation strategies to effectively target specific audience groups and deliverability. Implement A/B testing and apply dynamic content personalization techniques to improve engagement rates.
- Paid Media and Advertising Growth: Test and optimize ad creatives, advanced bidding strategies, headlines, and CTAs to maximize CTR and conversions.
- Content and SEO: Implement advanced link-building strategies such as guest blogging, outreach, and partnerships.
- Advanced Targeting and Retargeting: Implement pixel-based and dynamic retargeting ads using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Marketing Automation and Funnel Management: Design and implement marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot.
- Proven experience in driving growth across multiple marketing channels, including organic and paid strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data from various sources, using it to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in managing multi-channel growth campaigns with a focus on attribution and data-driven optimization.
- Ability to develop and execute outbound strategies (e.g., email outreach, LinkedIn outreach) that generate quality leads.
- Knowledge of funnel analysis and experience in running growth experiments that span various channels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out for big-picture thinking and zoom in for detailed execution.
