Expert Outbound Sales Representative (Remote) We’re looking for a proven outbound sales expert with experience managing teams, writing scripts, and consistently exceeding quotas. You should be able to self-manage, spot what’s not working, and make changes that drive results — no hand-holding needed. Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails daily that generate qualified appointments. Write and refine sales scripts that convert. Identify and implement improvements to boost campaign success. Manage and train other sales reps as we scale. Track and report performance with full ownership of results. Requirements: Proven experience managing and leading a sales team. Self-motivated and results-driven. Strong outbound sales and communication skills. Track record of exceeding quotas and closing tough sales calls. Preferred: Experience selling to driving schools. Ability to run simple online demos.
