Job Title: Tender Analyst Staff Department: Sales / Business Development Reports To: Tender Manager / Business Development Head The Tender Analyst Staff is responsible for analyzing and preparing tender documents, coordinating with various departments to compile required data, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tenders and proposals. This role supports the company’s bidding processes by conducting market research, reviewing bid requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Review tender invitations (ITBs, RFPs, RFQs) and assess bid eligibility and requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Technical, Procurement) to gather necessary documents and data for bid preparation. Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in accordance with client specifications and deadlines. Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements. Track and manage tender deadlines, submissions, and post-tender clarifications or queries. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic pricing and proposal development. Maintain accurate records and databases of submitted tenders, results, and feedback. Support pricing analysis and ensure commercial competitiveness in all proposals. Assist in post-bid processes including contract award coordination and documentation handover. Continuously improve tendering processes, templates, and documentation standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in tender preparation, bidding, or procurement is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes is a plus. Preferred Skills Knowledge of e-bidding platforms or procurement portals. Familiarity with legal and financial documentation. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a corporate or project-driven environment.
