Job Description Government Mandated BenefitsWe are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Helper to support our administrative team with daily office tasks. The Admin Helper will assist in maintaining office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, and providing general administrative support as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Prepare and distribute documents or correspondence
- Handle basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Help with office organization and cleanliness
- Perform other administrative duties as required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
