We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Helper to support our administrative team with daily office tasks. The Admin Helper will assist in maintaining office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, and providing general administrative support as needed.

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Prepare and distribute documents or correspondence
  • Handle basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Help with office organization and cleanliness
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
