Join our dynamic finance team as a Payroll Specialist at Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce. Utilizing your expertise in payroll administration, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to compliance reporting. What you’ll be doing Accurately input employee time and attendance data into the payroll system Manage and administer mandatory employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Prepare and distribute payslips to employees Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll‑related laws and regulations Liaise with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll‑related queries Maintain detailed payroll records and generate periodic reports Stay up‑to‑date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll specialist or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
