Responsibilities

  1. Oversees the day to day operation of project site to ensure completion on time and quality workmanship by monitoring and conducting regular inspections on all on-going works and addressing concerns and issues.
  2. Recommends approval of billings / claims of contractor, ensuring works are done in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and drawings.
  3. Updates and submits reports to construction operations, including: a) STATUS/PROGRESS/WEEKLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT (submitted every Monday during Operations / Construction meeting). b) JOB ORDERS (proposed job orders from site must comply with all requirements). c) BILLINGS (billings of contractors submitted every other week to MDC_Operations-Head Office). d) OTHER DOCUMENTS (relevant and pertinent documents needed/requested by top management).
  4. Ensures timely schedules and delivery of quality units/projects by setting up and implementing quality control guidelines, procedures, training; conducts regular inspections of civil, structural and other engineering works; reviews materials and technical data; establishes procedures to resolve conflicts in plans during implementation; institutes quality control measures to guarantee quality workmanship.
  5. Conducts site meetings with contractors to discuss status and accomplishments, address problems, and guide each department to align with objectives.
  6. Checks and reviews plans, bill of materials, and specifications before and during site execution to determine potential concerns and issues.
  7. Addresses site concerns and issues that may affect project delivery, time, and workmanship.
  8. Submits weekly progress accomplishment reports reflecting progress status and financial standings of all works involved.
  9. Supervises all field personnel, monitors their activities, and conducts meetings with contractors and site management to resolve concerns and issues.
  10. Ensures quality workmanship by conducting regular ocular quality inspections and checking billings against actual accomplishments.
  11. Recommends job orders from site for approval by Top Management.
  12. Oversees Move-In activities by applying the policies and guidelines of the operations manual to ensure smooth move-in procedures for homeowners on site.
  13. Reviews, evaluates and checks plans, bill of materials, and specifications submitted to Production to guarantee optimum costs and execution plans at project sites.
  14. Evaluates staff performance based on the Performance Appraisal System.
  15. Performs other related tasks as assigned by Top Management.
Qualifications
  • Project In Charge: 1 year (Required)
  • Real Estate/ Developer Company: 1 year (Required)
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (Required)
  • Willing to be assigned in Cavite projects
