This role bridges process excellence and data‑driven insights, ensuring that operational processes are robust, measurable, and aligned with organizational KPIs. The Process Analyst works closely with the Process Excellence Manager, Customer Experience Lead, and the Data & Analytics team to deliver actionable insights, build transparency, and enable sustainable operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document current accounting and finance processes. Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance risks, and recommend data‑driven improvements. Support the development and implementation of a finance process governance framework. Lead process mapping, documentation, and governance for priority processes across functions. Develop and maintain process control frameworks, standard operating procedures, and quality checkpoints. Analyze operational data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Design and track process performance metrics and dashboards in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team. Support process reengineering initiatives and pilot projects to test new ways of working, automation, or AI. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process changes are adopted and sustained. Prepare clear reports and insights for senior leadership to support data‑driven decision making. Key Qualifications Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, business process management, or operations excellence. Proven experience working with data analytics, process performance measurement, or KPI development. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification is a plus. Amenable to Deployment: Must be willing to work within the JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Shared Services Arm (Aspen Business Solutions Inc.) Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau, SQL basics). Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Effective communicator, able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
