Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career by playing a key role in our company's growth. You'll dive into the full recruitment lifecycle, getting hands‑on experience with sourcing, candidate screening, and new hire onboarding. Working alongside our hiring managers, you'll learn to understand their hiring needs and contribute directly to finding the best talent. Responsibilities: Process end‑to‑end Recruitment (Sourcing of candidates, pre‑screening, interview, and onboarding) Work closely with Hiring Managers to assess and evaluate recruitment initiatives Represent the company in recruitment activities such as job fairs, caravans, and the like Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates Prepare Recruitment Reports Attend Calibration / Meetings pertaining to Recruitment and Sourcing activities Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirements Qualifications: Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Quick learner with a strong grasp of the recruitment lifecycle (e.g., sourcing, screening, coordination). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities and organizational prowess. Adaptable team player who thrives in dynamic environments and can work independently when needed.
