Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities) This position’s overall responsibility is to bridge strong connection between the several internal departments of company and support the key public cloud or hybrid cloud projects to not only find cloud services that meet the needs of customers but also facilitate customers digital transformation. Besides, Cloud Product Specialist should liaise closely with different teams and manage the revenue goal for every month: The Product Specialist is the contact person for project operation and is responsible for planning, establishing customer connection and relationship. Responsible to provide pre‑sales consult service and professional cloud solution design to customers. Streamline resources of Cloud internal departments and domains to support the development and pre‑sales POC test of key projects. Understand customers' requirements for business, provide guidance, deeply analyze their pain points and root causes, and influence customers' decision‑making. Aim to improve customer satisfaction and build a win‑win partnership of mutual trust. Obtain in‑depth insights on the business, collect and analyze marketing data for given industry. Extract typical scenarios in the industry, and summarize and promote industry tactics and solutions. Act as the core member of projects, take the lead in or participate in project negotiation, and guide contract clause improvement and project transaction and operation activities including dispute resolution. Qualifications: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills) Be proficient in using office software, such as PPT, Excel, etc. Science and engineering major background is preferred.
