We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our POS/BNPL loan products. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to build features that improve customer experience and drive business growth. This role focuses on optimizing the onboarding funnel, running experiments, and owning key product metrics to ensure product-market fit and revenue performance..

• Deliver product features in collaboration with the development team
• Write clear business specifications and structure tasks for data analysts
• Improve the onboarding funnel of the loan application process
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve product-market fit
• Own and monitor specific product metrics, ensuring their performance
• Develop features that enhance revenue streams and unit economics

• 3+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in IT or a related role
• High fluency in data analysis, product metrics, and business KPIs
• Solid understanding of technical architecture and system constraints
• Ability to work closely with development teams
• Experience in fintech, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Economics, or Finance
• Fluency in English (B1/B2) as all communication is in English.
