Job Description

  • Prepares duty rosters for the team members of the assigned team.
  • Ensures proper flow and completion of day-to-day transactions and makes sure that all are up to hotel standards.
  • Conducts pre-shift briefing, ensuring that the team are well informed of the notable events, promotions and VIP’s arriving for the day.
  • Conducts rounds and inspections on areas and perimeters under Health Club.
  • Responsible for training of all team under health club,
  • Monitors and orders new stocks, controls the usage and issuance of supplies.
  • Report any accidents or incidents in case of any injuries in the gym, pool & spa, and Health Club general areas.
  • Assumes other duties assigned by Management as required.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a gym or pool facility, or in a similar capacity.

Education : College Graduate

Certification : Has a valid First Aid and CPR/AED Training Certification issued by the Philippine Red Cross.
