Role Description Hold weekly and monthly trend‑review and brainstorming sessions to generate and capture 24 new product ideas and identify 12 viable products. After concept sign‑off, conduct project planning, form teams, allocate resources, manage risks, and secure funding for the top concepts. Source specs, develop and test 6 prototypes, evaluate results, and approve milestones through regular project reviews. Deploy approved 3 products to business units, finalize production plans, and align sales and marketing strategies. Execute full‑scale product launches via coordinated internal roll‑outs, training sessions, and go‑to‑market campaigns. Track performance with scheduled reviews, KPI dashboards, customer feedback, market analysis, and issue resolution. Apply ongoing improvements—product tweaks, tech integrations, marketing updates, and lifecycle management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and product management, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture machinery. Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and product launches. Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
