Accounting Operations Lead (RTR) Location: eClerx Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines The Accounting Operations Lead (RTR) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting and will assist in developing controls, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities Stabilization of newly transitioned processes Oversee day-to-day operations Implementation of established controls and KPIs; assist in enhancing as required Second level escalation Line manager of team leaders Pre-process training FTE Calculation Review Activities assigned by immediate supervisor Requirements Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate Preferably Certified Public Accountant / MBA Prior experience as an Accounting Manager At least 3-5 years’ experience in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, or Financial Reporting/Analysis in a leadership capacity within an Outsourcing/Offshoring/Shared Services setup Knowledgeable in accounting software, preferably SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero Conversant in IFRS and US GAAP Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts and during Philippine holidays Must be amenable to work in Alabang or Muntinlupa when work‑in‑office resumes Can start ASAP Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Accounting/Auditing, Management, and Finance Industries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting, Accounting, and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
