The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, independent professional with strong analytical skills and excellent English communication abilities. Job Description for Accountant Responsibilities Prepare and review trust tax returns, company financials, and individual tax filings. Handle self-managed super funds (SMSFs), ensuring compliance with Australian regulations. Prepare and analyze financial statements to support tax compliance and reporting. Utilize Xero, BGL, MYOB Reporter, and Microsoft Excel for efficient bookkeeping and financial management. Ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting in compliance with Australian taxation laws. Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize tax strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Australian Accountant. Strong expertise in trust returns, company financials, and tax accounting. Experience handling self-managed super funds (SMSFs). Proficiency in Xero, BGL, MYOB Reporter, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
