About the Role The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of PowerPlatform and Dynamics365 projects delivered from our nearshorecentre, in close partnership with teams and stakeholders in HongKong. You’ll lead the day-to-day execution of multiple high-impact initiatives — ensuring delivery excellence, team performance, and outstanding client outcomes. As the central point of contact for delivery operations, you’ll coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams, solutionarchitects, and HongKong-based businessstakeholders to transform strategy into tangible results. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring every project runs seamlessly, meets its milestones, and aligns with defined governance, architecture, and qualitystandards. Key Responsibilities DeliveryOversight&Execution Manage and coordinate multiple MicrosoftPowerPlatform and Dynamics365 projects of varying size and complexity. Oversee planning, task assignment, progress tracking, and quality assurance across deliveryteams. Ensure teams follow defined hybridAgile(Scrum/Kanban) practices and deliver consistently to scope and timelines. Monitor project health and performance using real-time dashboards and reportingtools. OperationalGovernance Enforce deliverystandards, developmentpractices, and documentationguidelines across all projects. Partner with the EngagementManager and SolutionArchitect to align delivery with architectural, security, and compliancestandards. Lead continuousimprovement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and codereusability. Oversee environmentmanagement, ALMprocesses, and releasegovernance within the PowerPlatformecosystem. TeamLeadership Lead and coach cross-functional deliveryteams including developers, analysts, and testers. Manage resourceallocation, performance reviews, and skillsdevelopment within the nearshoredeliverycentre. Support onboarding and mentoring to maintain high standards and strengthen the CentreofExcellence. Client&StakeholderEngagement Serve as the primary contact for project delivery status, risks, and escalations. Collaborate with client-side ProductOwners, ProjectManagers, and Architects to ensure clear understanding and execution ofrequirements. Contribute to governancesessions and monthlyprogramupdates with performancemetrics and actionplans. Quality&RiskManagement Oversee testing processes with QAteams, maintaining focus on quality and efficiency. Identify and mitigate deliveryrisks, ensuring proactive issueresolution. Track deliverymetrics such as velocity, defectrates, and automationcoverage to ensure measurable success. RequiredSkills&Experience 12+years of experience leading large-scale PowerPlatform or Dynamics365 transformation programs. Proven strength in Agiledelivery, projectcoordination, and operationalmanagement. Hands-on understanding of PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and supporting Azureservices. Experience managing distributed or nearshoreteams for enterpriseclients. Demonstrated ability to enforce governance, drive teamperformance, and deliver on-time, high-qualityoutcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
