What it's about Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment, overseeing a diverse software stack throughout the entire project lifecycle, with significant exposure to data analytics, AI-first applications, and technology enablement topics. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to implement cutting-edge solutions. Deliver strategic and tactical solutions, ranging from evaluating solutions/vendors to employing an Agile approach for AI, SaaS, and in-house developed applications. Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, while creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and status reports. Collaborate closely with senior and key business stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams, to define project requirements and deliverables, and conduct business analysis; the role demands a high level of comfort in navigating a complex stakeholder structure. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to business activities, including regulatory requirements and data retention rules. Assist in identifying, managing, and onboarding service providers in accordance with company guidelines. Maintain a clear understanding of the firm's project management governance and prepare and deliver targeted education sessions. Possess a growth mindset and demonstrate a quick ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies. What we expect Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Financial Technology, or a related field. 5-10 years of relevant IT project management experience, preferably in SaaS environments, with experience in deploying AI-first applications. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Experience in large-scale implementations and global application rollouts, including change management and training aspects. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python scripting, Excel Macros/VBA Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential and critical to everyday tasks. Proven track record of successfully evaluating and delivering complex IT projects. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, exhibiting a high degree of flexibility and a strong self-starter personality. Comfortable with senior management exposure, thriving in an environment with aggressive turnaround times.
