Job Description

CBTW is looking for a Frontend Developer (Web and Mobile) to join our growing Digital Banking & Technology Solutions Team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize modern, responsive applications across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performing digital experiences for leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Development: Build and optimize responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Mobile Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android using native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
  • Integration: Connect frontend applications with backend systems and APIs (REST, OData, GraphQL).
  • UI/UX: Ensure consistent, accessible, and user-friendly design across platforms, devices, and browsers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Best Practices: Apply Agile methodologies, participate in code reviews, ensure version control (Git/SVN), and follow secure coding standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest enhancements to improve user experience.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, ).
  • Mobile development expertise in React Native, Flutter, or native development with Kotlin/Swift.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Knowledge of API integration (REST, OData, GraphQL) and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (Git).
  • Nice to Have: Experience with digital banking solutions, especially Temenos EdgeConnect (UXP/Infinity), or other financial services platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
