About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend framework strategy and help shape a scalable, high-performing React ecosystem. You'll architect shared libraries, define coding standards, and mentor developers while driving innovation and performance improvements across teams.

What You'll Do

Framework Strategy & Governance


• Architect and evolve a shared React component library, build system, and style guide.


• Define coding standards, folder structures, and versioning processes for scalable development.


• Explore new React patterns, tools, and best practices to enhance code quality.


• Lead proof-of-concept projects and recommend tools to improve our frontend stack.


• Optimize bundle size, code-splitting, and rendering performance.


• Implement and enforce linting, testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and CI/CD pipelines.


• Maintain technical documentation and architectural guidelines.


• Mentor frontend engineers and host knowledge-sharing sessions.


• Partner with backend teams to design APIs for robust UI integration.


• Promote framework adoption and alignment across product teams.

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years of frontend experience, with strong focus on


• Proven experience architecting scalable component libraries or frameworks.


• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, build tools, and testing frameworks.


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frontend automation.


• Solid understanding of performance optimization and code quality best practices.


• Excellent communicator and technical mentor.


• Passionate about innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
