As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost‑effective, efficient, timely, and high‑quality logistics solutions. Responsibilities Track and trace shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and dispatch teams to provide accurate load updates. Handle order entry, data management, and maintain up‑to‑date information in the Transportation Management System (TMS). Prepare and send Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, and other required shipping documents. Communicate with customers regarding load status, delays, and service updates. Support carrier procurement efforts and manage capacity assignments as needed. Assist in resolving operational issues, including delays, accessorial charges, and freight claims. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met. What would help you succeed Believe and love what you do. Strong communication skills. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and U.S. logistics operations is required. Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. Technical Proficiency: TMS or shipment tracking tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.), and Google Workspace. Perks Schedule: Open to shifting work schedules or graveyard shift. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar. Contract: Independent Contractor. Location: Remote (Philippines‑based).
