Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Develop and refine frameworks for validating analytical tools, manage risks, and support effective business decision-making.
  • Plan, manage, and execute validation projects independently.
  • Assess methodologies, risks, and applications of analytical tools used across business processes.
  • Provide clear communication of findings through validation reports, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative business solutions using coding and analytics.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff for analytical problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
  • Solid understanding of analytical tools, quantitative models, and risk assessment frameworks.

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or data engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading data projects and using data platforms or data lake platforms.
  • Understanding of principles and practices in CI/CD pipelines, ETL orchestration, and DevOps practices for data platforms.
  • Familiarity with data cataloging and/or metadata management practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws, especially the Philippine Data Privacy Act and international equivalents.
