Role Overview The QA Lead will oversee quality assurance activities for software projects. You will manage a team of QA engineers, define test strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain standards across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers. Develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies, standards, and processes. Design, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Ensure thorough coverage of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Monitor and report QA metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage QA activities within Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments. Oversee CI/CD integration of automated tests. Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, etc.). Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Jira, Zephyr). Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in web, mobile, and API testing. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). ISTQB or other QA certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
