Learning Operations - Team Manager

Location: Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning Operations Leader to manage a team of specialists and drive the execution of large-scale training programs across geographies. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Learning Operations Specialists/SMEs to deliver end-to-end training logistics.
  • Oversee scheduling, nominations, attendance, and assessments across global locations.
  • Collaborate with L&OD, HRBPs, and business leaders to forecast learning needs and optimize resource planning.
  • Drive process automation, digital tool adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure training compliance with audit, ISO, and governance requirements.
  • Manage external vendors/trainers including contracts, SLAs, and payments.
  • Monitor and report key learning KPIs – participation, learning hours, ESAT, and program impact.
  • Coach and develop team members to build high-performing capabilities.
  • Support strategic and leadership development programs with seamless execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with 3+ years leading a team.
  • Strong program and stakeholder management experience across geographies.
  • Proficient in digital learning platforms, dashboards, and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience managing large-scale or cross-geo L&D operations is preferred.
