BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales strategies and operations for processed food products. This role involves managing key accounts, developing new markets, driving sales growth, managing distribution channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels. The position also focuses on enhancing sales effectiveness through data-driven strategies and performance optimization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement sales strategies for processed food products to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, and build long-term relationships with key accounts. Manage and optimize distribution strategies to ensure effective market coverage and product availability across all sales channels, including Regional Distributors, Supermarkets, and Modern Trade. Oversee and evaluate the performance of distribution partners to ensure alignment with company goals and service standards. Monitor and drive sales effectiveness by analyzing KPIs, setting performance benchmarks, and recommending improvements to sales processes. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, trade marketing initiatives, and campaigns to boost sales. Collaborate with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and production teams to ensure the smooth introduction of new products, promotional activities, and inventory management. Provide coaching, training, and conduct performance evaluations to improve overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and handling distribution networks. Experience in implementing sales effectiveness tools and methodologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
