About the job Benefits Verification Specialist Key responsibilities Will provide inbound and outbound telephony. Will handle full benefit verification with patient insurance. Will provide information back to Alkermes and document. Will communicate relevant information to Alkermes Patient Access Service Team (PAS) Will provide follow up with Specialty Pharmacy (SP) when needed to determine whether or confirm the drug has been delivered. Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A) Completed a minimum of 2 years in college 1 Plus years healthcare call center. Claims or Health Insurance background preferred. Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications Customer service experience or customer service‑oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution‑minded aptitude Ability to multitask, think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high‑energy and fast paced environment Empathetic and patient focused approach High attention to detail, diligence and reliability Qualifications & Desired Skills Experience: 0- 1 years and above Education: Graduate/Post Graduate Skills At least 0-1year experience in BPO USRN/RN License preferred Good Communication Skills Can Start Asap Willing to work in Pasig Willing to work onsite Self‑learner interested in both the how and the why Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail Demonstrates ability to coach and provide feedback to analyst #J-18808-Ljbffr
