Administrative Support Handle sales paperwork, including quotes, contracts, and other forms Organize and maintain customer databases and records Prepare data entry tasks to aid in sales reports and sales performance 2. Customer Interaction Communicate with customers regarding booking status, deliveries, and pick-up schedule availability Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly Coordinate with customers to ensure bookings are processed correctly and delivered on time Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups Coordinate sales training and product information updates for the team Help manage sales documentation, presentations, and proposals 4. Booking Processing & Follow-Ups Process customer bookings, track booking/delivery status, and coordinate accordingly Work with other departments (e.g., operations and finance) to ensure bookings are fulfilled Ensure timely delivery of bookings and services Generate reports on sales trends, forecasts, and performance metrics Assist in developing sales strategies and tracking progress toward goals Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments such as operations, finance, and management Assist in managing relationships with internal and external clients Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.) Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields may be preferred Previous experience in sales or customer service is required Sales Support Sales Training Communication Teamwork Sales/Leasing Customer Relationship Management Analytical Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
