Responsible for dealer financial analysis, feasibility studies, and financial reporting for Toyota Motor Philippines, with opportunities for collaboration and process improvement. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Perform monthly analysis and reporting of dealer financial profitability, break-even volume, cash flow, and credit standing of dealers to top management. Set dealer accounting standards for uniform and comparable financial reports. Participate in profitability assessment and feasibility studies for Toyota Expansion Projects, including new dealers, service centers, and T-Sure facilities. Contribute to the risk management team in assessing and evaluating tax implications of certain TMP and dealer programs. Coordinate with different departments to monitor dealer receivables. Collaborate with operating departments to assess the financial impact of various business strategies. Create financial modeling templates for feasibility studies and capital budgeting ratios. Implement kaizen activities and provide support in dealer finance operations. Develop sustaining financial reports using Power BI. About You The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Managerial Accounting, or Management Accounting. Relevant job experience in finance is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SAP, or other accounting systems is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong presentation skills and customer service orientation. Ability to convey information and ideas to engage and inform audiences. Capability to establish courses of action for efficient work completion. Analytical skills to identify and understand problems and opportunities, compare data, and take action based on facts. Adaptability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in work tasks or environment. Ability to build strategic relationships across teams and departments to achieve business goals.
