The Demand Planning - Supply Chain Senior Analyst will use technology, experience, and insights to ensure high product availability through effective planning, forecasting, and supplier management.This role owns will be in charge of maintaining a rolling forecast and ensuring supply chain objectives are met through demand planning principles.KPIs will be focused on Forecast Accuracy, New Products Forecasting, Overstock/Expiry Push Correction and Sales Planning.The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement across the supply chain through systems, data insights, and process enhancements is a key focus.Note: This position is part of the Lazada team and is based in the Philippines-Manila office. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to driving supply chain excellence within the organization Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.2. At least 1 year of experience in a Demand Planning role, preferably in a FMCG or Ecommerce setting/3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using microsoft excel, data analysis tools to drive decision-making.a. Required skills in Demand Planning: Forecasting, Forecast Correction, Demand Sensing, Seasonality ananlysis4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to the dynamic nature of the e-commerce industry.6. Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
