We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Analyst to ensure the efficient and timely supply of materials for our production operations. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with production, purchasing, and logistics teams, and working closely with suppliers to secure on-time delivery of materials.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports on inventory and material flow, addressing supply chain issues such as delays or discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement in inventory management practices to support smooth production operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and schedule materials to meet production demands and prevent shortages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Address and resolve supply chain-related issues such as delays or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to support smooth operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on material usage, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address supply chain issues.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and reporting.
  • Experience is preferred but not required.
