The role manages multiple projects at once, operates independently with clear accountability, and collaborates with partners in Manila and the United States. Responsibilities Film products for social media promotion, following brand direction and platform needs. Set up lighting systems, backgrounds, and props to establish the intended mood and emotion for each shot. Edit short‑form and long‑form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms with clear hooks, clean pacing, and consistent brand voice. Produce health content explainer videos using stock footage, images, curated clips, and tasteful motion accents. Build international or foreign‑language content with localized on‑screen text and captions. Create content podcasts with AI tools, including voice, transcription, cleanup, and export for platform delivery. Version deliverables for 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9, including captions and licensed music that fit each platform. Source stock assets with judgment, maintain tidy project files, and complete export quality checks to meet standards. Participate in focused trials of new AI tools, staying at the forefront of practical use cases that improve speed and quality. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (four‑year) in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video editing work that demonstrates clear storytelling, on‑brand typography, and platform‑native edits. Strong skill in After Effects and Premiere Pro for vertical and horizontal formats. Hands‑on ability to build compact studio setups with continuous lights, backgrounds, flags, and basic audio mics. Solid understanding of framing, lighting, pacing, and hook design for social platforms. Proven ability to manage several projects at once and work independently with clear communication and deadlines. Capable of leading AI content tasks such as captioning, voice generation, generative inserts, and podcast preparation.
