Job Description

The Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor handles product filming for social promotion, edits content end to end—from script to publish—and creates content podcasts using modern AI tools. Work includes studio and non-studio setups as needed, with projects running across short-form and platform-native formats. The role manages multiple projects at once, operates independently with clear accountability, and collaborates with partners in Manila and the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Film products for social media promotion, following brand direction and platform needs.
  • Set up lighting systems, backgrounds, and props to establish the intended mood and emotion for each shot.
  • Edit short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms with clear hooks, clean pacing, and consistent brand voice.
  • Produce health content explainer videos using stock footage, images, curated clips, and tasteful motion accents.
  • Build international or foreign-language content with localized on-screen text and captions.
  • Create content podcasts with AI tools, including voice, transcription, cleanup, and export for platform delivery.
  • Version deliverables for 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9, including captions and licensed music that fit each platform.
  • Source stock assets with judgment, maintain tidy project files, and complete export quality checks to meet standards.
  • Participate in focused trials of new AI tools, staying at the forefront of practical use cases that improve speed and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (four-year) in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video editing work that demonstrates clear storytelling, on-brand typography, and platform-native edits.
  • Strong skill in After Effects and Premiere Pro for vertical and horizontal formats.
  • Hands-on ability to build compact studio setups with continuous lights, backgrounds, flags, and basic audio mics.
  • Solid understanding of framing, lighting, pacing, and hook design for social platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage several projects at once and work independently with clear communication and deadlines.
  • Capable of leading AI content tasks such as captioning, voice generation, generative inserts, and podcast preparation.
