Conducts employment verification, and monitoring requirements for hired applicants.
Conducts HR orientation and provides all necessary new hires kits and other necessary new documents during onboarding.
Encodes all necessary data of new hires accurately in HRIS or manpower tracker within the week from deployment date.
Consistently update HR reports specifically recruitments.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Provides assistance and coordination for the overall maintenance of Prosper's offices and condo units in the region.
Provides assistance in the release and collection of company equipment and ensures the necessary documentation..
Facilitates local company events and outreach programs.
Attend legal proceedings if needed.
Serves as point of contact for HR-related concerns and queries.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications:
Must be residing in Iloilo City.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
With at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace, HRIS system will be a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Has a strong work ethic and on a flexible schedule.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
