Join to apply for the Sales Operations Specialist, Order Management role at Comstor Europe Vacancy No VN13738 About the Role Your key responsibilities include processing orders we receive from customers and placing these orders with our vendors within the adhered SLAs. This role provides an opportunity to become a subject matter expert across order entry, pricing management and purchasing, with potential to support offices across Asia-Pacific and additional extended support as required. Ability to work flexible hours is a requirement. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for order processing and management; proactively advise customers of outstanding requirements. Maintain exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations (Resellers & Vendors). Oversee and coordinate the logistics of receiving goods from the vendor and delivering to sites. Create sales orders, pricing agreements, and purchase orders. Understand and apply pricing, gross profit, discounts, and margin calculations. Receive intangible goods and send licenses/contracts and license keys to customers. Use vendor portals and tools to place orders with vendors in a timely manner. Liaise with internal teams to process an order; manage multiple inboxes for information. Undertake continual training to maintain strong knowledge of Westcon – Comstor vendors and technologies. Ensure punctuality to all internal and external meetings. Other duties as requested. Qualifications / Requirements Experience in order processing and management, including pricing and purchase order creation. Strong time management, organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work across different offices and time zones; flexible hours as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills (Reseller & Vendors).
