Job Description

  • Oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations in Asia.
  • Directly manage R2R, P2P, and O2C operations.
  • Lead process migrations, standardization, and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the financial services industry.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the management.
  • Work closely with other departments to drive the company's financial performance.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
  • Has proven expertise in setting up, standardizing, and leading operations of a Shared Service.
  • Strong leadership abilities and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and aggressively growing business.
  • Amenable to work flexible hours and report to BGC on a hybrid setup (3x RTO per week).
