Overview

VISEO ASIA Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

We are looking for an Operations Controller to join our team in Cebu to oversee all financial activities of several agencies, in line with the Group’s policies and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial performance and support operational managers in decision-making.
  • Ensure internal reporting to business line management and Business Units: monitor revenues, cost control, and produce reliable and relevant data.
  • Manage accounting closings and provide necessary analyses for performance management.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and facilitation of business reviews with operational teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for entrusted activities, coordinate interventions with Auditors.
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement by actively participating in Operations Department projects.
  • Help in the development of training materials
  • Ensure Group procedures are applied and contribute to their development.
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Profile
  • Higher education level in finance, management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP and a strong interest in information systems.
  • Fluent English required to operate in an international environment.
  • High level of rigor, autonomy, proactivity, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within tight timelines
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive team spirit, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing context.
