<br>Job Responsibilities
<br>Provide exceptional customer service by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of commercial banking clients.
<br>Ensure full compliance with banking policies and regulations while proactively identifying and addressing current and future client needs.
<br>Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact, delivering timely and accurate support across a wide range of commercial banking products and services.
<br>Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
<br>Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

<br>Job Requirements
<br>Open for Undergraduate
<br>At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
<br>Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
<br>Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
<br>Amenable to work in Q.C.
