Your Role:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of automated optical inspection processes, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits at MinebeaMitsumi Cebu.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating new machine designs, programming, and machine operations according to customer specifications, and performing machine assembly based on mechanical drawing specifications.
  • Evaluating current machine conditions, initiating improvements, and verifying effectiveness to increase machine efficiency and quality.
  • Conducting Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) to determine potential failures and their causes.
  • Assisting production in solving and repairing machine breakdowns/problems to ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • Researching and developing ideas for new and/or improved machine designs to optimize productivity and longevity.
  • Collaborating with engineers to optimize inspection parameters and verifying results of AOI systems, identifying defects or anomalies in production components.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field is preferred, but fresh graduates are also accepted.
  • Strong understanding of Vision or Camera Systems, and optical inspection principles and techniques.
  • Highly analytical mind, exceptional problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation abilities.
